Compare your PC with the published Windows requirements

The Steam listing and the publisher page agree on memory, storage, processor names, and graphics names. They do not agree on the Windows versions. This page prints both, then compares an operating system, a memory amount, and free storage with those published lines. It does not rank processors or graphics cards.

Published minimum and recommended lines
| Part | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Operating system on Steam | 64-bit Windows 11 or 64-bit Windows 10 | 64-bit Windows 11 or 64-bit Windows 10 |
| Operating system on the publisher page | 64-bit Windows 11, 10, 8.1, or 7 with Service Pack 1 | 64-bit Windows 11, 10, 8.1, or 7 with Service Pack 1 |
| Processor | Intel Celeron G4920 (legacy: Intel i3-2100) or AMD Athlon 200GE | A 4-core Intel or AMD CPU. The named examples are the Intel i3-8100 and the AMD Ryzen 3 1200. |
| Memory | 4 GB RAM | 8 GB RAM |
| Graphics | Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 (legacy: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450) or AMD Radeon RX 460 (legacy: ATI Radeon HD 5570) | Nvidia GeForce GTX 1040 3 GB (legacy: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (legacy: AMD Radeon R9 290X) |
| DirectX | Version 11 | Version 11 |
| Network | Broadband internet connection | Broadband internet connection |
| Storage | 8 GB available space | 8 GB available space |
| Sound | DirectX-compatible sound card | DirectX-compatible sound card |
The publisher page also says a 64-bit processor and operating system are required. Steam's platform flags list Windows and leave Mac and Linux off. The Mac and Linux requirement blocks on the store listing are empty.
The recommended graphics line really does say GeForce GTX 1040 3 GB. That is the name printed on both the Steam listing and the publisher page on 13 October 2026. This guide does not replace it with a different card.
Compare a PC with those lines
Two worked cases use only the table. A 64-bit Windows 10 PC with 8 GB of RAM and 8 GB free meets the Steam operating-system line, the publisher operating-system line, the 8 GB recommended memory line, and the 8 GB storage line. The processor and graphics card still have to be read against the names above. A 64-bit Windows 8.1 PC is on the publisher operating-system line. The Steam lines name 64-bit Windows 11 and 64-bit Windows 10.
What the form will not decide
- It does not score a Celeron G4920 against an i3-8100, or a GT 1030 against a GTX 1040. No benchmark table was published with these requirements.
- It does not check DirectX, the network, or the sound card. Those remain published requirements.
- It does not pick a winner between the Steam operating-system line and the publisher line. Both stay visible in the result when they differ.
